          • track and distribute weekly winners / prizes and communicate results
        • prizes / donors – executive
          • look for prizes / support for tournaments
          • look for prizes for weekly play
          • if necessary purchase prizes if donors not forthcoming
      • tournaments and socials – executive
        • plan and execute tournaments and socials
        • startup “meet and greet” social
        • 1-2 mini tournaments / pizza – bbq’s
        • end of season tournament and banquet
